Just did a quick test and it seems to be working fine on the latest version, if the main dialogue option doesn't appear (Can I ask you something?) or it shows up but after saying that there's only one question available it is because they don't like/respect you enough yet

Ach, the old time where I told the stupid idea of asking someone about their age before I offer "other services". Now look what great thing you done by now. Complete spares any reloading or use of f8 combined with ask for skills

As for asking the questions I made it that way because I thought it was kinda weird to just ask someone you don't even know their sexual orientation and stuff like that lol
The requeriment is pretty low tho so if you ask people of that community what's up and complete a quest from them that'll be more than enough for every question
If you want you can make it so they don't need to like you by editing the mod, to do that from the main menu go to Editor, then Mods, there select Ask and click Edit Script, ASKAGE and there you'll see the boxes with the scripts, just delete the "Approve" Condition by clickin the -

There's relationships in the game, to start them the age difference between your character and them must be less than 20 years, they have to like you (as in respecting you and stuff like that) and they have to be attracted to your gender (they can be straight, homosexual and bisexual) this mod just lets you ask questions so you know what to gift them to make them like you and so you don't lose time trying to be in a relationship with a lesbian or something like that lol
The relationships were added in the update v117 so you probably have this update but the opportunity to be in a relationship never showed up, remember to always ask what's up to the people in your community because that makes them like you, eventually you'll get a kinda flirty dialogue

i can definitely get behind this mod however i have found there is no relationships in this game you can't have a gf or get married, so the sexual orientation is filler and does nothing, the age doesn't matter cause your people do not have b-days thus they do not age and finally the most important thing about this mod is the gifts question, what do you like, honestly if that was more easier to do cause its not a very personal question, "gamer meets gamer, hey bro besides this game what else you like?" simple easy peezy, its a casual question, but this mod makes you work for them that's the only way to get them to tell you without guessing by giving them gifts and by the time the option to ask them pops up you already know what they like or you should!

Hello, Does this mod still work with the current Base and Beta version?

For those who don't know, when you ask someone to tell them about themselves. At the very end they'll always say that they like spaghetti or meatballs or both. This is their sexual orientation. Spaghetti if they like men, meatballs for females.

What is your sexual orientation is a question you would def. be pepper sprayed for outside of a apokylpse

Finding the family is pretty easy by just asking trough the camp. They are always together

Sorry for taking that long without an update, I was kinda bored lol
But now (after playing through The Witcher 3 and the Mass Effect trilogy) I'm ready to go finally update the mod haha
I already changed it a little, now you only have 1 option "Can I ask you something" and from there you can ask that person their age, orientation and what do they like
The only question left to do is who their family is but tbh I don't know how to make that question
If anyone has any idea just comment it lol
Maybe just "Who are your relatives"? Tho that sounds kinda weird

Next in line: ask for: Political Orientation, Netflix abos, if they have a up to date Idendification card, if they vegetarian or vegan, if they feel like woman or men, what colours they like and how much theire settlement would miss them if at night they suddenly dissapear cause somoen stabbed them in the back. Asking for a friend

Or also ask what gift the person would like to receive.

I have another question suggestion is the "relationship question where you ask who are the relatives and who is your boyfriend or girlfriend, husband or wife". this is a nice thing to have because it's really hard to know as it's only spoken once when you meet the person but depending on the time you might forget who is who maybe you kill a girl's mom or dad lol and you don't you know lol

Tbh I don't know how to add something like that, this mod uses things that are already in game (age and sexual orientation), I just added an option to ask them haha

Imagine real world being that easy to ask somone that..."Are you gay"..."Yes, I am". Usally those kind of question either get you arrested, pepper sprayed or send home with very cringe looks on other people faces

Speaking of which, does anyone here have ideas for the speechs? the ones now are like too formal and kinda cringy lol

It would be a great idea to also be able to ask if the person is heterosexual or not, so that the in-game romance can be activated, even if it is small, it can be more easily active, because according to the dev, it is active when they are in their own community.
