Overall, look in to Nexus Mod Manager, it will allow you to get mods from the Skyrim Nexus, Fallut NV/3 Nexus, Oblivion Nexus, Morrowind Nexus, and tons of other Nexus sites for games. Installing them is as easy as clicking "Download with Manager" then going to the download list in the client, double clicking, and bam. Installed.
If you are using the "Fennec Playable Race Mod" You will be unable to use this mod with it, the "Fennec" is registered as a human (Nord) in the files, but has the skin and setup of the kahjiit. Everytime you launch the 2 together, you will *should* crash, I've tried only those 2 together and that's my reason, so for you fennec lovers, tough luck.
