@Ishimaaru: you need to install Tsukasa's Tauntapack loader as written in the description. Use that addon instructions for the installation.

@Ned-2600: I don't know what happened, but probably it is something related to the tag. I republished it in another way, check my workshop.

@Seditivewhisper: true, but on the top of the description it is clearly reported that the addon is design to work with Tsukasa's Tauntpack Loader, so I would reccommend to follow the instruction in that one.

Honestly I don't know. The upload.bat script proceeds to call another program located in Garry's Mod directory called gmpublish which in turn actually performs the upload. If Steam is opened, your internet connection is properly working and you are not in offline mode then it should work.

Sorry, quick question:
I changed around the Steam/GMod directory as needed to get the makeaddon.bat to work, but when I try to upload it, it says it couldn't initialize Steam and asks me if I'm running it. I am and I don't know if (and/or what) I need to change to be able to upload it. Any help would be greatly appreciated :beatmeat:

In the template I referred to in the footer of the description you find everything. To be precise, when you download it from {链接已删除} and extract the archive, you find, among other things, 3 script in the .bat format. They are programs to be executed from command line. Basically, you create your tauntpack by putting the audio file in the "sound" directory and modifying the file addon.json and the .lua script for the descriptions in directory "lua\autorun\server", then you run, from MS-DOS command line, the script "makeaddon.bat" to create the addon and finally (with Steam opened) you run the script "upload.bat" to actually upload it.
The update requires another script, so ask me later if you need it :)
