Where did you find this issue? In my files (wares) everything is formattet correctly with quotes.

From a few lines of code (and see also description):

sale at/owner faction="terran"

use factions="player
use factions="terran"
use factions="pioneers
use factions="yaki

loadoutrules / factions="player terran pioneers yaki" (they should use the combat drone on their xl ships (by rate of 20%))

(Nividium is needed for the drone gammaray weapon)

Oh I see...the drone itself is not available at NPC stations then? I must buy the blueprint and must have my own wharf or shipyard to produce and equip them? Which factions sell the blueprint?

Everything should actually work. I myself use the mod for my stations. As soon as you have the blueprints, you should be able to equip your stations with it. Also your ships.

Does this still work? Combat drones do not appear to be available in any station including Terran (only have access to Pioneers). I have reinstalled several times but no luck.

That's Terran cop in screenshot. Not just cop all Terran NPC S ships are equipped it by themself.
I looked into Terran wharf, this weapon can be purch.
But only in Terran wharf, not appearing elsewhere.

In My game the weapon isn't available for s ships.

@ McDuffie: Yes, it will come as a transparent Icon with one of the next updates. I was in progress of this, but then my private time was locked. Be patient pls :-)

I must take a look to the 5.0 changes first. Normaly s ships shouldn't use them.

Hey! This works great, but the map icon appears to have a black background instead of a transparency. Can this be fixed? Thanks!
