Hi Admin first of all, thx for that awesome follower ! He is so charismatic and his red aura is obvious beauty :) but i have a sugestion, do you think its possible to make the solaire kight from dark soul with this same aura but in yellow ? I know there is a lot of mod about Solaire kight of astora, but with a yellow aura on him, it would be pure awesomeness. 2. The reason he "Hates" elven beings or beings of elven characteristics
is because of his programming to "fix" the future
3. yes he has a super awsome laser beam that he shoots ;U;

My only issue so far is that after dismissing Pelinal as my follower, I still have his red glowy-auray-thing around my character. Is this normal? Is there any way I can fix it?

You're so determined to argue against Pelinal being a robot (a term that, again, is pretty loose here, artificially built man is more accurate) but you don't even know about the various technological elements that exist in TES canonically? Why are you even bothering?

The fact that you think c0da is the only place that sci-fi elements show up in TES speaks volumes about your intelligence. Just parroting what you hear online I take it?

Well let's break this down, shall we?

Cyborgs, advanced robotics, and computers and computers: Sotha Sil and his fabricants, Nchardak and Avachczel.

Giant robots: Sotha Sil again, Numidium/Akulukhan, the various giant mecha seen in Morrowind, Redguard's bossfight.

Airships: Multiple airship plans show up in Morrowind, you fight on top of one in Redguard (hel Redguard had guns!), There was an entire quest about one in Bloodmoon and that same airship showed up in Dragonborn.

Spaceships: The Pocket Guide to the Empire explicitly mentions Reman-era spaceprograms, the Mananauts and the Sunbirds. TESO (which no one likes but still), makes more obvious references to the abandoned early-era space programs.

Then again, the kind of people who need someone to come right out and say the obvious aren't the kind of people who should be arguing lore in the first place.

No, but the author outright saying he's a robot certainly makes it. Him being stated to have laser-hands, futuristic armor, able to survive being beheaded, and a giant glowing hole in his chest makes things pretty obvious.

I have to wonder why people are so against Pelinal being a robot in the first place too. You've already got canon cyborgs, airship, spaceships, giant robots, computers, and the like, but another magical robot is too much? How ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boring do you have to be for that to be the breaking point.

Yeah, just like how in Dishonored (at least until 2), it wasn't stated that Emily was your daughter.
But when things are so heavily implied (and you have the writer outright saying what it's meant to be), there's really no arguing against it. The only difference between implications and outright confirmations here are the people too dumb or too stubborn to see them.

Too bad this is in-game stuff. Pelinal was MK's creation, him being a magical cyborg has long been confirmed, to say nothing of the fact that it's pretty clear in the texts about him that he is.

can people even really judge what is cannon in the skyrim lore? the games and their lore are not technically finished and still being made , so maybe by elder scrolls 17 it will just be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of stripper robots and train spells we dont know
