That is by design, this class is built as an AP sink.
- The perk orders man you need to go in and fix them so it's QM, Suppy, Demand, Xcom, Pistol (to match other classes, it's very awkward to plan character out the way you have put your skills in the class.ini file) ... once that's done I'll give it another go but my brain hates scrolling up and down so much to plan out characters :)
- You need to look at your XCOM perks some of the tier 1 ones should really be higher (Field Medic for example) is way too early, getting one of the better skills in other classes for 10 is crazy.
- A description that better explains their role (Quarter Master is an XCOM Class ... ) this is needed for newer players. (All 3 of your classes should probably have this)
Like, you have the options for getting a whole lot of grenades, but you can only throw one per turn? Come late game, you're going to have more grenades than you're realistically throwing in a mission, even if you throw one grenade each turn.
Some thoughts on the Quartermaster:
-The perk rows seem to be in the wrong order, the packrat and supplycarrier rows have XCOM and pistol perks and vice versa.
-If you want to doubel down on that "a little bit of everything" theme maybe the gauntlet with its flamethrower and rocket launcher charges would be a good secondary weapon.
As for the class icons for this and the Watchdog, maybe this one has something that fits? https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1557951815
