This mod does not alter the rate at which psyfucus drains.
I assume you downloaded this mod as part of a collection and another mod in the collection is responsible for your issue.

yes, as mentioned by V∆ŁĶẎŘĒΞ, the psycasts got used up pretty fast with this mod eneabled.

hey marek, i found a pretty severe bug. One of my Pawns had a level over and i didnt choose the ability yet and after he was in a caravan, i wasnt able to controll him anymore. Like everything was gone on his hud and he cant get back into combat mode.

The error seems to be fixed, I'll report back if I run into anything.

I updated the mod and it should hopefully resolve your issue. Steam can be slow with sending out the update so you may need to force it by unsubbing and resubbing.

Alright I think I figured out the problem. Fluffy's Worktab seems to have a minor incompatibility with this if it's used with the Misc Robots++ Work Tab addon, as it doesn't occur when the save is initially loaded but it does occur after the work tab has been selected. I'm not entirely sure why this happens but it is mildly annoying.

Actually just ran into that exact same error not that long ago, same modlist but with a couple of extra psycasts, but reloading the save appears to fix it oddly enough.

Found out the problem. Meditation freedom should be loaded AFTER this mod, not before. No incompatibilities, in fact it seems to be working just fine.

Seems like this mod doesn't like Meditation Freedom? I get this error whenever I try to force someone to do a linking ritual, and the ritual button doesn't appear on the tree itself. Pastebin link to the error generated. [pastebin.com]

I know what is going on, you are using a older version of Choice Of Psycast. The current version should not have this issue.
If steam is not updating Choice Of Psycast to the newest version you can force it to do so by unsubscribing and resubscribing to the mod.

Thanks for letting me know, i will look into it right now.

Note: If a tier 6 pawn does a Yeoman ceremony, it overwrites the tier 6 psicast instead of not granting one at all/or adding a new one. This was with this and the choosable psycast mods.

Not a big deal, and certainly not gamebreaking, but a weird edge case to be aware of.

Right now it is hard coded to level 6 but it should be trivial to change it to use maxSeverity or GetMaxPsylinkLevel instead. I might even be done with it before i go to bed, else expect it tomorrow.

I just made a mod a while back giving psylinks up to level 10 and im wondering if you coded it to be so flexible so like
if max level reached give psycast
or if you coded it like if level 6 give psycast

...Or i could ask the author of Choice Of Psycraft for permission to upload a modified version of their work... that would be a lot easier way to make it compatible.

Apologies but there will not be a compatibility update for Choice Of Psycraft.

If you use the choice mod you will get to pick which psycast you want. Problem is, once you reach max psylink level, you can only choose level 6 psycasts. This prevent you for learning more level 1 to 5 psycasts.

if you DO use the choice mod, you simply dont get a chance to pick, but it doesnt break the ones gained from normals levels right?

They cannot, the mod checks if they already know all psycasts and disables the option if they do.

what happens if a pwan knows all the psycasts and tries to link
