Possible to remove the tech from fallen?
funny it all mess start with 1 idiot screaming UPDATE PLZ because version number does no longer match with out bothering to check if mod works or not.
Ill update text but still not gonna update mod just for version bump.
Maybe a cap on habitats like on leaders or starbases would do the trick, but for now i'll disable AI Building again

Also could be a other mod you use that is loaded later in your load order overwriting changes my mod to the same files basically removing my mod changes.
so try to load this mod last and see if it still happens.
With short test seems normal AI can still not get the first tier tech 1 as intended. I do see a other origin should have habitat tech the origin Knights of the Toxic gods and doe not have it. I will update to fix this when I have the time.
I updated the description of the mod so you can see what conditions can allow AI to build habitats.
