@_luminou_ - Hey, I have my indusries campus mod, which tranform the campus dorms and industries barracks into actual houses while keeping there original boost. Currently your building is not being trnasformed because of the name. (does not have barracks in it). but i am going to update it to also look for the word "Residential". I can add support to the building officaly if you want and set the building households to 7.

looks really good. Can this only be placed in forrestry area or are they normal homes that just require you have the DLC?
