First wanted to say I love your mod! The little bird is adorable. Any chance you could change it to an extra clothing slot though, so I don't have to choose between him and a scarf for protection in that oh so valuable neck slot.

I'll allow it to be used in your modpack, under the reservation that no changes are made to the bird, it wouldn't be Dawn otherwise.

you can inform me of any changes, requests, bugs or additions you'd like to add to the bird in your modpack and I'll check with my friend if it'll be fine to make said changes (i.e: spawnrates)

That is correct - a 'modpack' in this case is a collection of mods that are put together in the same file to reduce download time for any Multiplayer connection.

If you do not give us permission to reupload the mod with credit, we will put it in a Steam Collection and people will download from your page.

please clarify, do you intend to re-upload the mod under that steam account? to add my mod to a larger workshop mod (said mod being technically a modpack)? or to make a steam Collection that includes my mod?
the use of the word "modpack" is unclear on Steam.

It seems like the radio part of the mod is broken, they probably changed how it works, but the plushie should still work.
I'll wait for the devs to properly finish the changes to radios before fixing.

Because of the nature of incompatibility and issues with the Radio half of the mod, I've divided the mod into 2 sub mods:

We are experiencing Dawn is for the Plushies
We are experiencing Dawn time is for the Radio

You can enable both if you want the full Dawn experience, I merely made it optional
You might need to enable the radio manually if you were using this mod with the radio

if you have loot respawn, the plushie works, but the radio needs a fresh start
