the bullet holes for me are not the ones shown in the picture. they are extremely tiny and are just red w/ a light gray border. I deleted blood textures from content packs, still broken. any fixes?

no, if you dont restart game after downloading it, the blood on walls is replaced with big bullet holes. you gotta restart
