Top mod. Works great with all spiers except Arcology. Arcologies create a levitating artifact in the center of the dome.

Is this akin to the "no spire" mod for spire buildings in that you can place multiple "not spires" in the same dome? Because I got pretty attached to that one before it became incompatible.
