It's not working correctly it seems. Ultima Vigilis doesn't seem to spawn. Sometimes not all the relic world's do either.

dosent work anymore. a bunch of systems with no planets and stars in it spawnd

I messed up my comment two times and this is the third time posting it. Sorry.
This mod was broken by the latest patch. Several unique solar systems such as Sol don't spawn.

It's not required if you only want to spawn all leviathans and megastructures. However, this mod also includes other unique systems like the ones shown here. [stellaris.paradoxwikis.com]

real space has an option like this inside the mod, is this still required?

Yes, kind of. It doesn't include systems that are not present in Real Space, such as Trappist. Also, it doesn't change the chance of getting the Horizon Signal event.
