I installed it properly and successed.
I changed the background a few weeks ago,but I changed it back at the day before yesterday.
That's why I ask you"Could you check on it".
I am sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you
Look for a Readme! named file.
Entered the game, the background didn't show up.
I'm using desktop.
If so at what Part didn't work?
Are you using a Mac?
I already make sure I didn't make anything wrong.
and go to drve:C - steam- steamapps - common - Left 4 Dead 2 -left 4 dead -media
and move all l4d2_backhground01~05 on your desktop then put in the file you download
from the link. then copy it 5 and rename it to l4d2_backhground01~05
Let them all replace the Old Files that is in the "Media" Folder.
You made sure you Replaced the New File with the Old once?
(This Mode does NOT inclued the Menu Icons. You can find it here http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=271271951)

Secondly Try to start up your L4D2 to check if say that the file is there.
After you have done that Contact me again.
:)
I will leave the tutorial down here:
- First you Need is "VPK OSX" to be able to open the .vpk
- Second you need to go to\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop
- There you should find a .vpk named "bg_datealive_mikusings" or Look for a file that is about 46KB
- Open the .vpk with using "VPK OSX"
- There you should find a "Readme!"
- And use that to install the MOD
- Next you need to download "bik convertor"
- After you've done that you convert the bik file to .mov
- Go back to the Media file in your l4d folder and put both the l4d2_background 01.bik and .mov (renaming is required make sure is 1-5) and close it and you are good to go :)
But sure go ahead and try
