please add missing recipe for motorcycle muffler
All the other recipes actually have material requirements, like a lid using rods, scrap, sheets, etc. Just not the car windshields.
For example repairing a trunk would require you to have metal sheets in your main inventory, it won't register if they are on the ground close to the vehicle.

The description of your recycling mod details:
"Recycle_Vehicles - Dismantle vehicle parts (made separate so recipes don't overlap with other mods also covering this)"
Does any of the Viperel's recycling crafts overlap with the Vehicle Repair Overhaul mod, or is it safe to use them together without overlap?
By breaking down various glass items or picking up Broken Glass, you can "convert it" to the proper material by simply selecting it inside the inventory and choosing Break Glass Item.
Fixing the car windows requires to have that item in your inventory and the fixing material (just like any other car part). They will not get fixed beyond ~60% of their durability, if you want new ones you can also craft them.
