Please remove water slowdown and teleports near the surface, kills all the fun similar maps like wacky and balloon races provided

This is a nice idea but has a few issues:
1. Players can easily clip through the boats, which is quite annoying. I think it has to do with the turning of the boats.
2. The acceleration is way too slow. One team's boat is always far ahead of the other one, and both teams just end up trading control points due to the stopped boats taking forever to accelerate to full speed, allowing the other team to speed past and take the next point with almost no contest.

It may be a good idea to consider uploading this map to other download sites. The reason I mention this is because the Steam Workshop breaks things like soundscapes and other things. I would suggest TF2maps.net or gamebanana.com . Linking this page to a version of those websites would be immensely helpful!
