There is a way that could probably get quite close, through the same mechanism that I used in the Purification Syringe to remove modded effects. However, some effects very well might not agree with being transported like that, and errors would probably be rampant.

there is no rush, and of course, you don't have to if you don't feel like it, or are concerned about privacy and security (because there is quite a bit of info in Player.log).

then goes on about PublicKeyToken.
A defense syringe that turns the arms into androids (so can deflect bullets),
a curse syringe that periodically injures and makes them bleed,
and enhanced limbs syringes (legs deal more damage, arms and etc).
where if the persons head touches someone, it gives them some skin/acid damage and heals them?
sort of like they are eating their flesh, idk
