I am having trouble getting my custom mod pack to work. I've done everything the instructions on the github has told me to do yet I can't get a single voice pack to play

@PhantomBravo Needs resupply would be really cool, imo (if it is possible/reasonable to implement). Throwing down an ammo bag to a squad member who asks for one would feel very immersive and cool.

This is a good mod, but I do think that having additional voice lines for other actions can help fill out the void when the bot is not killing, dying, or seeing enemies.
Additional audio could play in certain scenarios.
- When a bot takes damage, although since Unity limits the amount of audio clips that can play at once, a cool down may be needed for this. Alternatively, the audio could play when a bot falls over, as this happens less often.
- Whenever the onIssueOrderMovement event is triggered and/or when the squad receives a new order, prompting the squad leader to play a voice line (if they are a bot).
- When a bot needs resupply, as indicated by their needsResupply member.

Man, this addon is a musthave, but could be cool if bots could play pain sounds when they hit no matters who and how they hit them.

i am on EA29, and the voices that are already inside the teamvoices mod dont work.

Warning to those still on EA26: this mod seems to be incompatible for this version now; the Eagle and Raven mutators that enable this mod to work will not load anymore ("already loaded" error).

Can't do much with conflicts with other voice mods, but I did just upload a patch to help with performance.

It have some conflitcs with other mods that already have voices. Also makes the game very laggy, i don't think that it's supported to E29

No restrictions on other voice lines. As long as Unity supports the file type, it will work.

Do you know if wav files are supported?
Also, is there a limit to the amount of voice lines that can be added? I know that directional callouts must have exactly 8 voice lines, but are there any such restrictions for the other categories?

I've tested this on both EA28 and EA29 and it works fine. Check if you have the correct mutators active.

I’m trying to make a voice pack with the template but for some reason none of the voices I add are playing. I have the base mutators active.

Make sure you have voice packs AND the main mutators active. Otherwise it won't work.

Do you have voice packs enabled?

@RadioactiveJellyfish yep i fixed it (kind of) because some of the sounds still won't work like the annoucer and such but its still working for single units thank you

@OperatorHenry well I just tested the mod myself, and it's working fine on the stable branch. Based on what you said it sounds like the issue is on your end. Try verifying the game files as well.

@RadioactiveJellyfish so for more details i recently just reinstall my hdd (with ravenfield in it) into my new pc and i just notice that the voice mod is one of the only mutators to not work so i am gonna see if reinstalling it will work but hope this can give you an insight if i can't fix this by myself

Been running this on a low end laptop. Zero performance hit, so zero worries!

From personal use, none that I can tell. Others have reported some impact though, hard to say outside of testing it on your own.

now i dont mean to be annoying like the other people who ask but when i turn a voice mutator and play spec ops i cant hear the voices

i try the voice mod & still hear nothing like can you make it simple like press the mutators & it will play instead of making it complex!
