For some reason if you have a soul charge as bethany, you can use this item infinitely

You should make it so using it depletes the charge gradually so you can use it for a split second without completely taking the whole charge, they do it in the show multiple times. (polnareff staircase, ratt fight) idk how difficult it would be to do but itd be cool

I made a mistake, actually. The Mod Author of the other mod renamed the mod's backend file and i got confused by it when I saw two versions in my Isaac Mod List, thinking it was this mod.
