Nevermind. Steam told me "content file locked" when trying to update because I was actually using this wallpaper. As soon as I shut down WPE and restarted it, I saw the changes. Thanks.

Definitely need a 21:9 version of this. Looks like most of the elements are already set for it (when tested using Alignment - Fill), except the static background image. You can barely see a bit of pillarboxing through the trees. All the other elements are already wide enough.
