@< blank > Thank you, To be honest ive had that problem with mods and when i think ive worked it out, that mod isnt causing it anymore. Seems to be a weird thing with the game loading.

@Daria40k, I removed my comment incase it's my issue, but after running ~100 mods so far updated, disabling yours was the issue, maybe its isolated case

Patch is not working. You need to change mod name in PatchOperationFindMod to AA.

@Bartholomew Marmalade sky steel does naturally generate with the map, which is why i made a patch for it to be an output for the outpost. As for how rare it is, Jade is rarer than sky steel.
