Though I had to play around with the lighting for quite some time.
I set the LUT in Ultimate Eyecandy and it was way too dark and the desert was too red. Also Daylight classic interferes with relight in some settings, meaning that the last thing you apply in either mod sticks. I have everything disabled in this mod now
Did you subscribe to (and activate) all required assets especially the road network? Do you have any conflicting mods? If you have 81 tiles mod try the rescue option "Ignore expanded 81 Tiles data".
