Could you add
<paintable>true</paintable>
under <building> in the Buildings_Structure.xml?
Example Sandstone walls have 420, and smoothed sandstone has 400
does it work for modded stones ?
Choose the folder with the version you are playing, then go --> Defs --> TerrainDefs and open the Terrain_Floors.xml
Search for the granite and change the color value to 75,84,92 then save the file.
This will match the smoothed floor to the granite color of CCP's Stone Tweaks.
Also they increase your wealth much more than normal walls which leads to bigger raids so I made them more expensive to build.
I use the mod RimNauts that adds two new stones called Maria and Lunar highland and it let's me build smooth walls out of these blocks. So it should work with mods that add other stone blocks to the game.
Also, side note, this is only for the base game stones, yeah? Doesn't look like there's any def patching to make it universal?
