Cephalons aren't exactly Genderless, Cy was a dude... but then we used warcrimes to turn him into a voice assistant... for other warcrimes.

It's not something "to notice", Cy doesn't sound like a female, even if he's a genderless Cephalon.

I'm not sure if anyone even noticed this, but this mod only applies to Male characters.

I mean, I use the Warframes as placeholders for "random" soldiers. But Cy's voice isn't available on Female Warframes.
