I've tried to figure out what causes it but I've only experienced it once, then never again after a reload in any version I try so I can't debug. I developed on 5700xt and tested on a 4080
The one time it didn't work it couldn't read the postprocess file, no idea what causes this.

I can try different things but I'd be doing it blind because it already works for me, I'd need someone to test it.

I'm getting the same issue @NovaStorm is getting, the entire screen when the glasses are knocked off is a missing texture mess. I'm just wondering if anyone has found a fix?

Yes it does require Scalable Init Support. It should be marked as a required item but I will do it again to make sure.

@Freezorg can you try switching to D3D from Vulkan if you are using that? It's in the advanced graphic options section in-game.

Something like this has been on my to-do list. I haven't researched schizophrenia so it wouldn't be a simulation, but a series of random noises and visuals that make you question if what you're seeing is really there.
