best one on the workshop, but weapons are severely underpowered. 4 damage per hit with the rifle is crazy

I know that these are from a game from the 90s but it would still be fun to at least have the option to turn c_hands on in the menu.

+Rancid Actually Combat Evolved's Assault Rifle is the strongest iteration of the Assault Rifle across all Halo games. It does have the worst accuracy though.

D-113CR You may have hit the ammo type limit, it's 128 and unfortunately, there's no way to increase it. You'll just have to disable other addons that add custom ammo types.

it's definitely set to 1, I even double checked
I took a look at the convars, tried picking them up, enabled max grenades on spawn and nothing seemed to work

+D-113CR You may have the ConVar to allow grenades disabled, make sure "halo1_grenade" is set to 1, also make sure you have grenades equipped (The ALT ammo) if you need grenades, spawn the grenade crate in the entities menu.

After trying out so many different Halo weapons on the Workshop, I'm happy to find that these are so accurate to the source material! Definitely a keeper.
Question, though: Would you consider implementing c_hands for these viewmodels?

+CSGModFan2012 My weapons simply mimic Halo: CE's mechanics, they won't alter anything to do with the player, unless the weapons explicitly slow down the player ( Like Halo 3's machine gun turret )

+jackpastiva Go into the lua files for each weapon, and find the "DrawHUD" function and above the first condition add "return end", then change SWEP.DrawCrosshair to true.

+Resistance T-850 These HL2 weapon distant firing sounds have extremely far range, far past the distance that would normally be heard in Halo, I've adjusted the volume of the distant firing sounds to be equivalent to Halo 3, the first game in the series to have distant firing sounds. Halo CE and Halo 2 didn't even have this feature, so I was courteous enough to include it anyway.

+[BoZ]Niko663 What I meant to say was that with NPCs or players holding the weapons you can hear (Yes I acknowledge it, but somehow missed reading it on this one and only reading it on the NPC Sweps version of this addon) distant gun firing sounds, but when you hold them and fire them, the gun sounds don't echo into the distance. The gun sounds echoing off into the distance is mostly noticed on maps with soundscapes like Gm_construct for example (Which all of us know that) or other maps.
