Even though you can't manually select recruit for these pawns, selecting convert then recruit starts the recruiting process regardless after converting has been completed.
Literally just add <hideIfNotRecruitable>true</hideIfNotRecruitable> to the def.
The other mod seems great for people who want all those options, but to me all those options I will never use are just bloat.

Recruiting them in prison is convincing them of why they shouldn't leave the moment you grant them freedom.
Would be a nice addition.
Thought I would check here, without that tidbit, great mod. Makes it just easier in general. Always pumping the great content for us
I am playing with two different ideologies, and in order to convert to the correct one, you must momentarily switch to just convert, then switch the target ideology, then you can change back to convert then recruit. I dont know if it would be simple to have the target ideology nested inside the convert then recruit option, but thought i'd bring it up.
This was such an annoying micro management, where after conversion... nothing!
