Never thought I would see the day that someone would make a mod for this, very nice, also I know this might be a stretch but, ever thought of replacing the common infected with the Another Agito Zombies like in Zi-O? (I mean if you were to do it like with normal civilian clothes that would take forever to do)

kuga & agito manga verse is co-exist as unavoidable natural enemy each other, because kuga born form pure humanity & agito born form god chosen human who have super natural power. (in life action verse, they just related each other. not co-exist like manga verse)
