No, I don't use Discord. And yes, CGM is a great mod that I highly recommend as an advanced alternative of this, especially on SO. Btw, minimum size in CGM (for non-SO maps) seems to be bigger than the smallest size here, the problems you've encountered with Ceres and Relica could be the reason.

note that i was not trying to mix traits in either. I was just trying to create a tiny relica and a tiny ceres.

I was playing without story traits at all, i think the trouble is that the ceres and relica asteroids have have more POI/biome portions configured for asteroid mixing, and it's those, (nectar biome, etc.) that are causing the failure to generate

Yes, less story traits, less geysers will help. Probably some world traits and features can't fit the smallest map at all.

The mod currently works, however, a lot of seeds fail to generate, especially with Ceres and Relica, honestly, because there isnt enough room for all the Biomes and POI that come with those maps. Any suggestions on how to decrease seed failure? I have been trying smallest-tall.

You didn't see how small it is on x4 biome density :D
All biomes are smaller to fit into smaller map. In my experience, this doesn't cause any problems. Yes, you feel the need to expand at some point, but it's not too hard.
You can try to generate another map. Maybe it will have a bit bigger starting biome.
