also if you happen to not own the Apex DLC it wont break the scenario, it will only be missing some equipment and guns for some late game units.

The scenario has been built in vanilla but if you get a mod that allows you to use zeus ingame to spawn in custom weapons and equipment go for it. I have not made it so you can change the equipment of the units spawning in though, you gotta wait for me to make a RHS areana or CUP if I even will make one.

No, you either get the weapons in that are stored in the stashes or you loot the enemies for better guns and stuff.
