Why does this mod make a bunch of blank casus belli options in the "Declare War" window?

@Vaerenn you probably have a different mod changing the same thing, just running this mod alone I have no issues like that.

This mod seems to cause empty cassus belli's to show up on the list.

30 is definitely more than enough for the scattered rulers of 867

actually, I don't think your "Target Realm Size has to be below 30" is working at all. I checked your code and it seems like your backup file (.bak) has the any_sub_realm_county = count > 30 properly but the working file has the vanilla size count > vassalization_size_limit
