I honestly tired repeating this each time. And look at the second picture (I moved it from end of other pictures), there's solve of the problem. Since this post I'll ignore every "aRms dON't WorKiNg", "wHy GloVeS aRe sCuFfeD" and etc.

Look in Unknown tab and pull them to Default, these bones called hlp_forearm_L(R)

The gloves are still scuffed. Neither the enhanced or hwm model work with it even with the baked procedural bones as they gloves still get messed up

Look to "Unknown" tab in the model and use "Default" slider on it, if I remember correctly, they don't bonemerging since scout player model doesn't have these bones

But if you're using full set with mask-helmet, you don't really need to use HWM model
