Should be able to rewrite any values in the file mentioned below and it should work.

Should be, yes. Are you using english language or perhaps something else?
It was only done for English.

You'll have to change the IGUI_PlayerText_Callout values to change the text,
for language I believe you'd have to change the filename, and IGUI_EN from EN to the preferred language.
Not sure, I honestly didn't look into any of this, just completely winged it myself.
