@erovirs Akira Toriyama does, as he intentionally designed Android 21 to be sexy and attractive, which is a common thing in japanese franchises, heck, Nintendo did the same thing when ddesigning Krystla, heck they did it specificly for the money they would get from increased sales, as sexy sells more in japan, since japan is a culture where sex and cute are seen as signs of fertility and youth and good genetics, so they do all they can to get moeny, and that means sexy characters, as that causes more sales, as remember, Japan loves money more then america loves Oil
