I have no idea WHY but in my game the textures are updating now.
I don't have any knowledge how this stuff works, all i know is it just... started working...

Im assuming there isnt a way for males to auto generate with an "attachment" to get round the texture limitations, an attachment that can't be removed by the player but can be bitten off by a zombie

ooh i for sure love this skin the best, at least the body the face could use far more detail.
But i also love Slav faces, the extra detail just feels right.

I've tried a few of these skins, this might actually be the best one so far.

As for male models, they look really wierd (to say the least) without underwear, so I can see why a lot of modders only bother with females.

i agree with the others, just making eveyone ken dolls isnt a problem i just want the underwear gone so when im playing with "clothes box" that adds actual underwear in the game eveyone (zombies included) wont be doubling up lol
