Copper Republic is one of the most advanced factions in the entire multiverse.

UNP has a lot more money, bigger army and larger territory than CR, but is a bit less powerful technologically.

GAF wouldn't stand a chance against either, GAF is basically a bulkier US Army.

Also, who do you think would win? Copper republic or UNP? Or even against Generic?

This is intentional; you are supposed to give them your own weapons.

Their Weapons aren't spawning, not on any of the "Generic" series.
