I don't know one that will work but that might be the problem if you already tried to increase the length (That happened to me when trying to make the loop a EoL "overhaul" better)
Ok so in the wiki there are 2 tracks referring to the intro: one with the initial "whoom" (that's what the wiki calls it) and one without it.
So basically the game, when starting, first plays the track with it before looping into the one without it.
Idk if this is what you've done already (I'm not a modder), but maybe edit that music file that has the "whoom" in it at the start, and replace only the "whooom" with the Doof intro, and then add as much silence as needed, and then keep the rest of the music as it is.
