Since that's a laptop, it might be defaulting to integrated graphics. Try this:

NVIDIA Control Panel ->
Manage 3D Settings ->
Program Settings ->
Add the Cult of the Wind EXE in steamapps/common/CultOfTheWind ->
Under 'Preferred graphics processor' select 'High performance NVIDIA processor.'

You might also want to try 'Power management mode: Prefer maximum performance.'

jws34, please post you specs. That doesn't sound correct because I made this on a much, much older machine that achieved well over 100 fps.

Game optimization sucks. Can run Witcher 3 on mostly high graphics with no lag, can't run this on 768 with all settings turned low.
