You sure can upload whatever you want to workshop as long as you give credit. I made the mod for Mario fans and nonMario fans to love it and get them playing this excellent video game and even make their own derivatives to express how much they like the mod.

@LeftyGreenMario, I wanted to ask you something. I modified Your Mario over Ellis mod and Luigi over Nick mod to be Mario over Coach and Luigi over Ellis a while back ago and it's been sitting on my hardrive. I was wondering if I could upload it to the workshop. Credit will be given to you. I also gave Mario Coach's animations and Luigi Ellis' animations and I used the proportion trick so that the animations didn't screw up the proportions, and I made sure the weapons were in the correct positions.

Well they can do texture replacements....

oh and the si should be more and the music and ambiance should be just Mario noises

Eventually, someone is going to make an entire campaign made out of Mario himself. Like not things from Mario, but Mario himself.

Oh and we need the common Mario infected someone did too for... well countless Mario fun.

@LeftyGreenMario You could also pair this with you’re Mario Smoker mod for thrice the Mario fun. Then you can have a Mario death battle-
