For recipes for PZ, it is necessary to modify the insect, for example, to make it a "sliced insect". (Because, for example, there would be only 6 crickets in the pan.)

Frying mealworms are not such a disgusting food. Crispy, full of protein.
All you need to prepare is a pan, salt and oil. They are fried in an instant.
I tried it on a survival course and it wasn't a problem.

idk if you're still taking ideas, but chocolate covered insects is something i see touting as delicacy's. Maybe a recipe where you boil them with chocolate or chocolate chips for chocolate level happiness but extra hunger?
