I dont know the reason but you just need to remove "possible = { ruler_job_check_trigger = yes }" and the rulers will do their jobs correctly again :)

@Basado Again, all I did was turn some code in a discussion tab under UAP into a mod. So thank the other guy in the discussion thread about 3.2
