Longtime no see! Getting back into the Rivals modding this week so I decided to update Anne a bit with a character select sound and some new skins! Have fun! (And maybe keep an eye on my profile because I’m hoping to have more new stuff over the coming months…)

May I suggest adding a black outline to her to fit the rivals style more

id say lower her percentages of the specials all except the up specials and make the down b not have the wall hit box
the side special come out slower and go slower as a whole with lower power pls
also the projectile from neutral b has way too much dmg
i like her animations and find her very noob friendly and powerful overall she is a bit too op but a bit of fixing would be apreciated and it would be rly easy
just lower the percentiges and just make the side neutral and down b a little less powerfull with the info that i gave you
but you are not required to do that

Also, I'd honestly love for the character to not be nerfed at all. She's a total blast and part of me would die if that changed.

Hi i wanted to give you some advice about this great character attacks: Great moveset overall, but bessie, hop pop and sprig are over powered, here how to nerf them (if you want)

Hop pop: just dont give him a wall hitbox or make him have friendly fire (if he keeps the wall hitbox)
Sprig: just lower the damage from 5% to 2%
Bessie: make her go slower or make the attack come out slower, theres little time to react and its annoying

imasilly89: There are no spoilers in the moveset. A couple of the alternate costumes reference looks Anne has from the second half of season 2 onwards, but they’re the kind where you will only know they are references if you’ve already seen the episodes. Knowing Anne wears a black outfit at some point will not harm your enjoyment of the show. Plus, a few costumes I made up entirely so you can’t even be sure they’re spoilers.
