My only potential suggestion would be to make it a bit sharper, as Ninga_Express asks, and to make it just slightly smaller. Other than that, I can't complain one bit. I love the reticle.

Make it much darker. None of that white glowy ♥♥♥♥. Gets lost on bright or white backgrounds too easily. Just plain red that isn't too transparent.

I like the dots and lines. It looks like a reflex sight with a little bit of markings for slightly longer range shots.

To make a skin go to steam/steamapps/common/insurgency2/insurgency then open insurgency_materials_dir.vpk with GCFscape (Google it) and all the skins are in there.
