@MrGermanSheppard It's not re-upload, re-upload means uploading something from other site, like garrysmod.org , to e.g. workshop, and vice-versa. Now to the name, as a hexer I MUST keep the same name as the original item, and even though this frickin' "It's 1891 and not 1981 you idiot!" thing REALLY gets on my nerves and I would gladly change name of this hex just to end this all, I CAN'T. Name must stay the same. Does everyone understand now? I can't change name of this hex just to make you all happy (unless Estavos changes it).

Dude its 1891 not 1981 or this one is an MN91/30 meaning Mosin Nagant 1891/1930 (91/30 means its the updated version from 1930 as opposed to the one from 1891).
