This mod just does not work for me. I have it at the very bottom of my load order and I removed all other jarred related mods. Any way I can double check why it's not working? thanks!

@GeeRed001 it's the derelict of a time when having a mod with a long id could break servers. it's the same mod with a different id, just haven't removed it from the mod because there are still servers running that version and it's mostly harmless, so

yes but if the mod is added mid save it will only apply to jars you close after enabling the mod

I say should because this mod changes two values and nothing else. if another mod also overrides the same two values, you'll still probably achieve the same effect.

@✪ Peeta yes, for context the issuse below is something caused by the ''Food Expiration Date and Bar'' mod. you can check that the expiration date is correct by either just playing for a while (because those things don't last long in vanilla) or using debug mode

Guys, I got it!
I don't undestand why, but mods " Food Expiration Date and Bar " and " eris_food_expiry " don't see real time before rotting.
I launched the game in debug mode and the actual time before rotting is indicated there.

@turkler still nothing i cant get it to work, I tried cooking the spawned cans and all the other jazz that I already did and still nothing, I even went into debug and spawned a jar of -II- and cooked it, still 60 days until stale.

@Cempo I just checked again and I can say it works without any mods. are you sure it's not a conflict? you can pop open the files and see for yourself if you'd like, my mod only changes two values and nothing more.

@turkler it still aint working for me i tried cooking it and it still says 60 days, tried getting the vegetbles out of the can and canning it again and cooking it again, still 60 days idk if it is the problem with other mods that i use (canning without sugar and vinegar and naturally spawning cans of vegetables)

@Cempo the thumbnail image is a bit deceiving as I spawned those in using debug tools. you need to cook the jars

@3solaris7 you can safely add and remove the mod whenever you'd like. do note that the shelf extension affect only happens when you jar the food, so any existing jars will keep vanilla timers.
