[394134.296] Invalid Reference on Unit_FreePromotions.PromotionType - "TXT_KEY_PROMOTION_JFD_GENSUI" does not exist in UnitPromotions

I think this promotion is not inserted into the database. As a result, Gensui cannot receive this promotion
