And because of that any time i shoot a missile or toggle the laser it also shoots one round of the main weapon

Ive found that after i left click like to toggle a laser on or fire a missile or round of any type it will auto reset to the first weapon in line for example i have fire modes for the AH-64 for the gun and if i try to switch to another fire mode as soon as i left click it will switch back, or if i toggle the laser on it will switch back to the first weapon. any way to stop this? not a deal breaker but definetly annoying

Yes I can normally use the Camera from the Pilot Seat and control the Aircraft at the same time, as in not letting go of the Plane controls to use the TGP, both can be used at the same time.

Also worked in the Back Seat empty and filled by a Player.

I tried it with an AI Soldier grouped to me but that also didn't work for the F-15 or the FA-18F where slaving from the cockpit works.

That may be because on these Firewills Aircraft the TGP Camera isn't synced from Pilot to WSO. Every "Seat" has it's own "Camera" to use with the TGP.

I was playing on a Server with the FA18E/F and had my Buddy WSO for me expecting it to be linked but we had seperate Cameras and could even Lase separately with me being able to lock on either one of the Lase Markers.

Can I provide more Data to be of Help?

Is the camera normally moveable by the pilot? Or is it only moveable by the WSO? If the latter, make sure the WSO seat has an AI in it, grouped to you.

Hmm, I am not sure if I am doing somting wrong but it does not seem to work for Firewills F15.
It works on the FA-18 E/F, A10, AV-8B, EA-18G Mods but not the F15. I have tested with and without the Rebalnce Mods but neither worked, and it worked with the Rebalance Mod for the A10.

WSO Seat also does not allow the TGP Slewing in any of these that have one.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to look for a Solution.

There are controls in both Modded Keybinds as well as CBA Addons. The Modded Keybinds allow for controllers.

Hey, I have a joystick and was wondering if there was a way to change the bindings for up, down, left, and right. I want to use a HAT switch and there's no option to rebind.

There are controls in both Modded Keybinds as well as CBA Addons. Can you check that both are off of B, and only one of the two is set to what you want?

Hi, I have found that if I unbind "Slew (Hold)". It is still bound to the "B" key. It took me a bit to find this as I use "B" for other functions.

And the mods works from the pilot seat, it gets you on the gunner position momentarily and then when you are done you are returned to the pilot position, you can even fly solo. I tried it with the kajman and the apache and both worked well, you only press the add action and are taken to the gunner camera, Attitude and velocity are conserved, maybe you can even go on a hover pattern and use the weapons systems to control your missiles and cannon more effectively. I tried it on the editor and it works there but i dont know if it will break on extended missions

And thanks for getting back to me, i only want a mod that gives me the ease of use of having the chopper maintain attitude when i change to gunner camera, which most mods dont do. Thanks for all your help, its only a suggestion. Maybe you can have a crack at it, seeing how you make so many mods and the like

This mod is for controlling gunners from the pilot seat. For "flying" from the gunner seat, you want an AI autopilot function, like hover, or hold course. Some AI control mods have that, or something like Nickel Steel gunship orbit selection, in either case yeah out of scope here.

And i know i can do it via the normal hud but i will like to have access to the gunner camera and have control of the chopper, i dont know if thats even possible or if i am asking too much and its out of scope of this mod

I meant like having the slew be functional as a way to control gunner in most vanilla attack helicopters. Like the ones that were launched with the CDLC quick reaction forces and their single player scenario and dont depend on the gunner ai to do stuff. A way to pilot the chopper as gunner and pilot on our own. At least single player

You need to have an AI assigned to your group in the gunner seat for a setup like the RHS Little Bird. Or do you mean a different setup?

Any chance to update this mod? How can i access the turret control from the pilot seat? or is it only by viewing in the panels of the gunner that i got access to them? Can you improve on this? maybe give us a cam dedicated to us pilot gunners on top of slew tgp

If you cancel the ground stabilization via the controls proportioned in the mod, the frame rates return to normal. Good mod :steamthumbsup:

Using "Slew (Hold)" will permanently degrade performance until the mission is restarted. Tested this on a empty map with only this and CBA loaded. Rapidly pressing the button will quickly drop the FPS to 5.

@George It's meant to be for suppressing fire. Trying to replicate CCIP would slow it down too much

Looking forward to the update! Another possibly impossible suggestion would be to see if the H60 door gunners could target their own lead calculation? As in, could you target lock a position on the ground and the AI door gunners can auto calculate how far they would need to lead the target to hit exactly on the camera lock? I know Arma has some FCS auto lead capabilities but unsure if thats possible for a mod like this

+1 for research on having a player copilot work the AI weapons while the pilot focuses on flying, super useful for flying transpo on the Blackhawk with only 2 crew.

Some of it will, some won't. It's an area that I haven't tested a lot. With no copilot at all it won't. However you can script an invisible UAV AI as copilot which would work.

Thanks! BTW Ive been using this mod with OPTRE And had great fun flying a Gunship type mission in a Falcon to support troops! I can definitley say this mod has made SP flying so much more fun!

CBA_A3, Enable Composition Scripts, GGE:Core, Better Inventory, Advanced Vault System Remastered, Zeus Enhanced, 3rd Person Camera Close, Ace No Medical and GGE: Canting Fixed. If I find out the issue do you want me to tell you which mod it is?

This is unrelated to the mod but do you ever experience an issue with arma were sometimes you cant look down or its really slow looking down but looking everywhere else its fine? I have it happen to me a lot when running and type of mods
