It's too hard to convert animations of this models, becouse they are vertex animated, not skeleton =(

No, it's does not need CS:S.
Yes, this is only prop models, not SWEPs. They dont shoot.
Search them in Q-menu\Object list\add-ons\Urban Terror Weapons. Or use search in files.
