it works, loading the flashlight texture in gmod through the workshop is just iffy sometimes. nothing you can do. best thing to do is install it legacy style, or to do "mat_reloadmaterial effects/flashlight001" in console. looks great btw!

try disabling all of the addons and leave only the flashlight addon enabled. if its working then it means one or more of your addons are conflicting with the flashlight texture addon.
