I found the solution, in the main file of the mod folder, open it with notepad++ or Visual Studio Code. remove line 23 "if not REPENTANCE then return end" and it will work again

make a change regarding the positioning of the item pedestal. its hard to get items when you are 3 players and going inside angel room. it's blocking the entrance, pushing us back to previous room...

The player assigned item feature doesn't work but I don't care.

However, It would be great to add a feature to separate the pedestal inside the boss room as well because sometime when we get an active item and both carry one we just loose the second player item.

Anyway, the mod do its main job so if you want an item for each player you're at the right place.
